Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced ProductManager with strong expertise in Finance and Freight Forwarding domains todrive the vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution of our logistics and supplychain technology products. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs,customer expectations, and technology capabilities to deliver innovativesolutions that enhance operational efficiency, financial visibility, andcustomer experience.
The role requires deep understandingof freight forwarding operations, finance logistics processes, and SaaS productmanagement practices.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Identify market opportunities, industry trends, and customer pain points within freight forwarding and logistics operations.
- Prioritize product initiatives based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
- Drive product lifecycle management from concept to launch and continuous enhancement.
- Serve as the SME for Freight Forwarding - Finance process globally.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define product solutions.
- Conduct workshops, product demos, and stakeholder discussions to align business needs with product strategy.
Product Development & Delivery
- Create PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Partner with Engineering, QA, UX, and Business teams to deliver high-quality product releases using Agile methodologies.
Market & Customer Insights
- Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, customer feedback, and product usage data to shape product decisions.
- Evaluate emerging technologies such as AI, automation, and analytics to drive innovation.
Product Performance
- Define and track product KPIs, adoption, customer satisfaction, and business impact.
- Continuously improving products through data-driven decision-making and customer feedback.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, or related field.
- MBA preferred.
- 12+ years of overall experience with at least 5+ years in Product Management.
- Strong domain expertise in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Transportation Management.
- Must have strong understanding of logistics finance and accounting processes.
- Experience working with enterprise SaaS platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum product development methodologies.
- Experience writing product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Preferred Domain Expertise
- Strong understanding of Freight Forwarding operations including Ocean Freight, Air Freight, NVOCC, Customs Clearance, Shipment Lifecycle Management, TMS, and WMS.
- Expertise on Finance processes including AP, AR, General Ledger Integration, Revenue Recognition, Cost Accruals, Profitability Management, and Financial Reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Enterprise & Business Development
