Role Purpose:
Ownend-to-end marketing automation using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including lifecycle journeys, lead scoring, segmentation and reporting.

Role Summary
The Implementation Manager will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition and managing the complete customer lifecycle in the Mexico region, from prospecting and sales closure to onboarding and implementation support.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in freight forwarding / SCM / Logistics operations and consultative sales, with the ability to manage customers from acquisition through successful implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new customers in the Mexico region
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Understand customer freight forwarding workflows and business requirements

The Role:
